Integrative Coaching
Deep brain change. Rooted in your body. Fueled by your truth.
What is Integrative Coaching?
Sometimes I call this work emotional re-patterning, because that’s really what we’re doing — helping your brain update its response to a memory, situation, or fear that’s been glitching your system for years.
It’s for those things in life that your mind knows it wants, but your body doesn’t feel safe getting there yet — when old fears, traumas, or survival patterns are jamming up your ability to move forward. We work directly with your nervous system to help shift that.
Whether you're anxious about the future, stuck in old cycles, or trying to heal from something in the past, we’ll “pull up the file” in your brain — and help you rewrite the emotional response. Using tools like memory reconsolidation, parts work, and guided visualization, we help your brain and body integrate new truths.
It’s not mindset work. It’s not talk therapy. It’s physiological transformation — the kind that creates real, lasting change.
This work helps all parts of you get on board: the dreamer, the doubter, the inner critic, the protector, the part that always ghosts your goals. When those parts finally feel seen and safe? Shit clicks.
What Can Coaching Help Me With?
This work can help you shift whatever’s getting in the way of the life you want — emotionally, energetically, or behaviorally. Some common themes we work on:
Relationship confusion + conflict — hurt feelings, fuzzy boundaries, people-pleasing spirals
Old survival patterns — perfectionism, procrastination, anxiety, freeze mode
Inner child wounds + identity work — rebuilding self-trust and stepping into who you actually are
Fear of being “too much” or “not enough” — in friendships, love, business, or just... existing
Disconnection from joy, creativity, and aliveness — like you lost touch with your spark
Imposter syndrome + fear of visibility — the voice that says you’re not allowed to take up space
Struggles with follow-through + consistency — especially when it starts to mess with your sense of self
That urge to “do it right” — the invisible rules you feel trapped inside, even when no one’s watching
Whatever it is, we can pull up the root cause, help your system process it fully, and create a new way of being — one that’s actually aligned with your values and the person you’re becoming.
What Happens In a Coaching Session?
Each session starts with a check-in: What’s going on? What do you want to shift today?
From there, we dive in. It might look like:
A memory re-consolidation process to rewrite an emotional pattern that’s no longer serving you
Parts work, where different aspects of your inner world get to talk, meet, and finally work together
A guided visualization to bypass mental blocks and work directly with your unconscious mind
Embodiment practices — noticing where certain emotions or beliefs live in your body, and interacting with them via your senses
It’s intuitive and co-created — like an improvised dance between your truth and my toolkit. We’re introducing parts of your brain that have never met before.
Like: “Confidence, meet Public Speaking. — you two are going to be great friends!”
And that moment when it clicks? You’ll feel it. The shift is undeniable.
Some clients feel such a deep transformation that they resolve 2–3 core patterns in a single session.
“The mastermind I’m hosting is now live and I honestly wouldn’t have had the capacity to lead this without our sessions. It’s WILD how powerful just two sessions were!!”

What Makes This Work Different?
We’re not just talking in circles about your problems — we’re actually rewiring your brain in real time.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not mindset coaching. It’s not a performance review on your shadow work… It’s a living, collaborative process where your whole system gets to come online — gently, intuitively, and at your pace.
You don’t have to explain yourself for 45 minutes to feel understood. You don’t have to be in a good mood or have your sh*t together. You don’t need another self-help strategy you’ll feel guilty for not implementing.
You bring your stuck-ness, your spirals, your “I don’t know why I’m like this.” I’ll bring the compassionate mirror, the nervous system tools, and the space to feel it all — without pressure or performance.
And the results? They’re fast. They’re real. They stick. Not because you forced yourself to change… but because your system finally felt safe enough to consider a new possibility 💗

FAQs
-
It helps if you do, but it’s not a requirement. Sometimes you’ll come in with a crystal-clear goal, and other times you’ll just know something feels off. Either way, we’ll find our way in — together.
-
Nope. This work is about making change feel natural, not like an emotional to-do list. You’ll leave sessions feeling clearer and more internally aligned — and the integration tends to happen without force.
-
It depends! Sometimes a single session can resolve a long-standing block. Other times, clients choose to work together regularly as they move through multiple layers. You’re never locked into anything (unless you wanna be 😈)
-
It’s different than therapy. We’re not just talking about your past — we’re working directly with your body and unconscious mind to create change in real time. Many clients say it's more efficient and effective than anything they’ve tried before.
-
YES. I’m neurodivergent myself (ADHD), and I design each session to work with your system — not against it. We’ll go at your pace, follow your focus, and make space for the wiggly, nonlinear ways your brain processes life.
-
Maybe! My work is trauma-sensitive, and many of my clients have histories of complex or developmental trauma. This is a space where your nervous system gets to be honored — not rushed, not pushed.
That said, this is not a substitute for therapy. If you’re working through recent or acute trauma, or you’re dealing with something that feels overwhelming or destabilizing, I may recommend working with a trauma therapist in addition to our sessions — or instead of, depending on the situation.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide crisis support. This work is about growth, integration, and expansion — not emergency intervention.
If you’re in crisis or feeling unsafe, please contact a licensed mental health provider or call/text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
You deserve care. Let’s make sure you’re getting what you need, from the right people at the right time.

Beautiful. Welcome. You don’t have to be polished or prepared to be here. My space is designed to hold your full humanity — mess, magic, and all.
